Q: There is sound in preview but no sound in playing, why?
A: Generally speaking, it probably is the player that goes wrong, not the sound. The sound of some players such as Microsoft¡¯s could be too low to hear. You can turn to other players such as King Player or Storm Player. If the system reports an error that the audio device can not work normally, nine out of ten, the driver of the device is partly damaged or installed.

Q: Why are the pictures in playing are distorted or blurred?
A: VCD/SVCD/DVD is normative with fixed length and width while the horizontal and vertical dot spacing of the computer screen is the same so its vision is different from the actual standard. Therefore, what looks normal on TV doesn¡¯t look good on computer. The dot spacing needs to be changed into a proper proportion (such as 4:3) on PC. And because of different standards, the compression ratio of VCD files is not as high as the DVD¡¯s and you need to make the album into DVD or Custom size MPG/AVI files to make the pictures clearer.

Q: Do I have to register the software?
A: Using this software is free of charge, but there will be a watermark on the created unregistered video files, and it will also display on the screen during the playing.

Q: Why are the generated AVI files so big?
A: If the generated AVI files are big (e.g. the file of several pictures is as large as quite a few mega bytes), you must haven¡¯t installed the MPEG-4 compression driver (you will be reminded whether to install it or not when installing the software). All you need to do is to run the XviD-1.1.3.exe which can be found in the installation directory.[Downlaod:http://www.hfjsj.com/PicAlbum/Xvid.rar]

Q: Error: File Access Deny?
A: Cause: the Temp directory of the Windows could not be written. Solution: turn to the Temp directory of the Windows and click the ¡°Start->Run¡± and enter ¡°cmd¡± (¡°command¡± on Win9x) to open a DOS window. Run the command ¡°set¡± and turn to the line of ¡°TEMP=XXXXXX¡±. The XXXXXX is just the Temp directory and check whether it could be written or not. If it is ¡°read only¡± then you should cross off the tick.

Q: I generation of DVD video files (.MPG), why I use the Nero DVD recorders, the system does not recognize my files ?
A: If Nero did not support MPG document that this version of the software does not support direct MPG=>VOB files to the conversion feature, this would require conversion tools to convert or use a more complete version. Online recommended a tool: WinAVI Video Converter, developer Web site: http://www.winavi.com

Q: What are the system to support the format picture and music files?
A: The system supports a picture format *.jpg/*.jpeg/*.bmp/*.ico/*.emf/*.wmf; support of the music formats: *.wav/*.avi/*.mp3. Other file formats rely on the support of the system itself. For the format does not support the generation video files, the system will reportedly "Exception EMon inmodule libmcl-4.5.1.dll at 00065BE3 UNT protocol fault" mistake.
